# Smart Restock > Smart Restock is a Shopify app that turns supplier invoices (PDF, CSV, Excel, EML) into updated inventory and brand-new products in one click — powered by AI. Built for Shopify merchants who want to stop typing supplier data by hand. Smart Restock parses supplier invoices and purchase orders, matches line items to existing Shopify products by SKU, and updates inventory, cost, and quantities across multiple locations. For SKUs that don't exist yet, "Generate with AI" creates a full Shopify product — title, description, type, and variants — from the invoice line. Every change is reviewed before it's applied.
