Threshold alerts, per variant
Set a default threshold for the whole catalogue, or switch the scope to a hand-picked list of products and give each one its own number. Alerts run per variant, so a size Medium going low won't get hidden behind a healthy Small and Large.
Every variant is classified into one of three states: out of stock, below its threshold, or approaching it — approaching meaning within 50% above the number you set. The warning tier is what gives you time to act instead of finding out at zero.
Immediate email, or a daily or weekly digest
Choose how the news arrives: an email as soon as a variant drops, or one batched digest every day or every week. Send to as many recipients as you need, and acknowledge or snooze a variant so a SKU you have already dealt with stops reappearing in every digest.
Alert emails are sent in your store's language — English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
Mute a product you've already dealt with
Mark a product as ordered and its emails stop until stock recovers — and the flag clears itself automatically when you check in the restock invoice, so nothing has to be remembered or undone by hand. Snooze does the same for seven days. Either way the product stays visible on the dashboard; only the mail goes quiet.
That is what keeps a weekly digest readable. Without it, the same twelve SKUs you ordered on Monday are still shouting at you on Friday.
